Dear Friends,
This year, God used you to bring Christ-centered care, discipleship, and hope to orphans in Zambia. As I look back on all He has done, I am reminded once again that this ministry belongs to Him and that He delights to work through the faith and generosity of His people.
Because of you, babies in crisis were rescued, children were raised in loving families, and young adults stepped into independence with restored hope. You helped reach children with the gospel and reaffirm their identity as sons and daughters in Christ. Every one of these stories is a glimpse of God’s faithfulness—and a testimony that He uses ordinary obedience to accomplish extraordinary things.
As we look ahead, we do so with great expectation. God is opening doors for deeper partnerships with local churches, expanded discipleship through Camp Hope and Orphan Sunday, and greater investment in the children and young adults in our care. Our vision remains the same: to glorify God by seeing orphans raised to life in Christ—in a home, in a family, and in a community where they are known and loved.
Thank you for being part of this story. May the Lord continue to bless you as you live out His heart for the orphan.
With gratitude in Christ,
Gary Schneider

Every Orphan’s Hope
Family Reunification & Forever Homes
Your partnership made it possible for:
to receive post-reintegration follow-up to ensure ongoing stability
to be safely reintegrated with their families
to find forever families in our Family Homes
to be adopted in Zambia
A Story of Restoration: “Kelvin”
Kelvin was found abandoned at the gate of a Catholic mission. The sisters brought Kelvin to our Baby Rescue Homes. When our social workers located his grandmother, she repeatedly traveled to visit him, demonstrating deep love and commitment to his care.
After a thorough home assessment, our social work team found her home to be safe and nurturing. On April 26, 2025, Kelvin was reintegrated into her care, restored to his family, and surrounded by relatives who love him.
Because of you, a child in crisis found safety, family, and hope.
We are thrilled to share that this January, nine children will take a beautiful step forward—transitioning from the Baby Homes into our Family Homes and officially joining the EOH sponsorship program!
In Chongwe, they will become part of a Christ-centered family, receive the daily love and stability every child deserves, and begin their school journey surrounded by support.
This new chapter marks the start of lifelong hope and opportunity, and we cannot wait to watch each child grow and thrive. Your sponsorship makes moments like this possible.
Because of your generosity, 54 children grew up this year in stable, nurturing families led by widows who serve as full-time mothers—creating homes filled with love, discipleship, and belonging.

A Story of Family & Flourishing: “Mapalo”
After losing her mother at birth, Mapalo was brought to our Baby Rescue Homes, where she received loving care, secure attachment, and three years of preschool that gave her a strong start.
With no biological family able to care for her, Mapalo joined one of our newly formed Family Homes in December 2024, led by a devoted widow who opened her heart to raise Mapalo as her own.
Today, Mapalo is thriving—surrounded by her new siblings who love her and excelling spiritually and academically at school. She is safe, supported, and full of hope.
Because of you, a vulnerable child has grown into a beloved daughter in a Christ-centered family.
Raised in our Family Homes since 2006, Dorcas earned her Social Work degree and now serves as a social worker with EOH, helping children find families just as she once needed.
After joining EOH in 2007, Mary pursued her dream, earned a degree in Pharmacy, and now works as a pharmacist in a private hospital in Lusaka. She saved diligently and moved into a home of her own.
Sisters Gertrude and Agness, who joined EOH in 2004, worked hard, saved faithfully, and moved into a small apartment they now share as they begin life on their own.
Six more young adults completed higher education this year and are now interning or job searching. Once employed, they will join the growing number of EOH graduates living independently across Zambia.
Because of you, young men and women are stepping boldly into adulthood—with dignity, confidence, and Christ at the center of their story.
Because of you, 603 orphaned and vulnerable children spent a life-giving week hearing the gospel, worshiping, and experiencing the love of Jesus in a safe, joyful environment.
And God moved powerfully: 193 children received Jesus as their Savior.
Campers were reminded that they are created in God’s image, deeply valued, and chosen by Him—truths many rarely hear.
Camp Hope also strengthened the local church. After the July camp, one partner church saw 50 new children begin attending Sunday School, prompting them to recruit two additional teachers to disciple the growing group.
This is the ripple effect of Camp Hope—children finding belonging, faith taking root, and churches coming alive with new young believers.
See Their Joy
Thank you for making moments like these possible.
On November 2, 2025, at one venue in Lusaka, 7,300 orphaned and vulnerable children gathered for worship, celebration, and the clear proclamation of the gospel. More than 500 pastors, caregivers, and government leaders joined them—standing together for Zambia’s most vulnerable.
God opened extraordinary doors for national visibility. Leading up to the event, Gary Schneider interviewed on two Christian radio stations and on ZNBC’s “Kwacha Good Morning” (Zambia’s version of Good Morning America), inviting the nation to join the movement.
Six of Zambia’s top gospel artists led worship, filling the venue with joy and declaring God’s love over every child present.
Experience the Day
Because of you, thousands of children were reminded of their true identity—beloved sons and daughters of God.
This summer, mission teams from Legacy Christian Academy (TX), Valor Christian High School (CO), Woodcreek Church (TX), Purcellville Baptist Church (VA), and Grace Church Frisco (TX) traveled to Zambia to serve with Every Orphan’s Hope.
Teams served as counselors at Camp Hope and spent time in our Family Homes, sharing the gospel, speaking identity and encouragement over children, and partnering with our Zambian staff and churches.
Each group also joined a three-day vision trip, visiting the Baby Homes, Family Homes, and Young Adult Homes to see how God rescues, raises, and restores children through EOH’s family care model.
Because of their service, hundreds of children experienced the love of Jesus, heard the gospel clearly, and were reminded of their God-given worth.

From the Baby Homes all the way through the Young Adult Program, we will welcome and disciple more children, ensuring they grow up in Christ-centered families with the love, stability, and support they need to thrive.
We’re doubling our reach in 2026! Camp Hope will expand from two camps to four camps, allowing us to serve up to 1,200 vulnerable children with the life-changing hope of Jesus.
Building on the powerful momentum and unified church in Zambia, we will mobilize thousands of believers through Orphan Sunday, equipping churches and families across the nation to adopt God’s heart for the orphan.
We look forward to sharing how Every Orphan’s Hope has been recognized as the gold standard in child care—earning the trust to partner with additional children’s homes across Zambia and improve the quality of care for more than 1,000 orphaned and vulnerable children.
